Exam invigilation is done through your course teacher. Please contact your teacher for information on how and where you can complete your assessments. Note that our teachers are well prepared to have you complete assessments in various forms and styles.

When attending a supervised Surrey exam site, all students must:

• Sign-in at the front desk, unless you attend the respective school.
• Bring photo ID and your exam confirmation email.
• Bring your 麻豆传媒映画 & Brightspace username and password as teachers cannot reset these before an exam.
• Bring any printed data tables and or a specific calculator allowed for the exam. Please consult with your course teacher regarding these items.

Before choosing a date, please consult the Surrey School District Calendar to ensure all schools are open on your chosen date.

Consult with your Course Teacher on how to schedule exams for your course. 

2025-2026 Invigilation (in effect September - June only):

** Invergarry location is for adult learners only (ages 17+)

Alternate Exam Site Invigilation

If you live outside of Surrey and or the lower mainland and are eligible, you may have your exams invigilated at your local high school.  

To apply, you must complete the following form and submit it for approval to your course teacher.  Alternate Exam Site Invigilation forms must be signed by the teacher who will be invigilating your exam at your local high school and be approved by your course teacher.  If you're an adult learner, please consult with your course teacher.

Please do not send completed forms to the SAIL office as they are unable to approve your request. 

2025-2026 Summer Invigilation (in effect July only):

All SAIL Summer Exams are in Room 206 (large conference room) or Room 304 on the third floor.  Please check the display board when you arrive.

Please also book your exams well in advance (not the morning of or the night before) to allow your teachers enough time to review your booking request. 

If you are hoping to receive a final mark for our August Learning Update, you must complete the entire course by July 28th. Only final grades will be issued in August (if you did not complete the course or have not yet reached your 12-month deadline, you will not be issued a learning update for August).

Please be reminded that:

Teachers work limited hours in July. This means it might take longer for them to mark assignments and respond to emails.

Teachers will be off for the month of August. This means that you can still work on your course(s), but teachers will not respond to emails or mark assignments. This also means that you cannot book any invigilated exams until schools reopen in September.

Teachers will return to work when schools open in September. This means that Teachers will be marking all work that was submitted in August once they return in September.  Because of this, it might take longer for your assignments to be marked and to receive responses to emails as teachers work to catch up. Thank you for your patience.
