Grade 12 Students
In order to meet and be awarded a British Columbia Certificate of Graduation (Dogwood Diploma), students must earn a minimum of 80 credits and write the Grade 10 Numeracy Assessment and Grades 10 and 12 Literacy Assessments. The 80 credits must include 52 credits for required courses (including 8 credits of Career Education courses) and a minimum of 28 elective credits.
If you do not have enough credits to graduate (non-grad student) in June 2026, you are eligible to register for Full-Credit courses through Summer Learning. If you are unsure of your graduation status, please check with your School Counsellor. The Summer Learning Office is not able to provide academic advising.
Students who have previously attended a BC Secondary school and are registering to upgrade or add additional courses, you must register at Invergarry Adult Education Centre.
For information about Adult Summer Session, please visit the Invergarry website here: Summer Session or contact them directly.
